{{Sai Hong Qiu · The Mountain Walk Alarm}}

Road to east, road to west, road to south,

five li station, seven li station, ten li station,

move one step, yearn one step, laze one step.

All of a sudden, skies falls into dusk, day falls into dusk, clouds falls into dusk,

Setting sun spreads across the ground, head looks back to rising fog.

How is this not innumerable mountains, innumerable water, innumerable feelings?

Sāi Hóng Qiū · Shān Xíng Jǐng

(Dōng bian lù xī biān lù nán bian lù)

(Wǔ lǐ pù qī lǐ pù shí lǐ pù)

(Xíng yī bù pàn yī bù lǎn yī bù)

(Shà shí jiān tiān yě mù rì yě mù yún yě mù)

(Xié yáng mǎn dì pù huí shǒu shēng yān wù)

(Wù de bù shān wú shù shuǐ wús hù qíng wú shù)

A lyric poem from the Yuan Dynasty. The lyrics expresses fiery feelings of parting and homesickness, each step filled with feelings, each scene each landscape containing feelings, all expressed in an outspoken manner.
